Unhealthy and Improper diet usually makes teenagers internal system a bit weak than healthier person. Lack of exercise is also the reason for them being get weak and subject to fatigueness. Teenagers are subject to different kind of stresses like Emotional/Mental stress related to their relationships and work/academics etc to deal witht and that is also the major reason for them to face fatigueness.
Teenagers go for smoking, drinking and other such habits including drugs which makes their body system subject to satigue more easily in case they face any physical and emotional stress.
