Depends on how long youve been dead.
When you die, and if you get cut when you are dead then do you bleed or not?
If you cut a dead body then there will still be blood that comes out if you cut through a area where there is blood such as arteries, but it would not pump out as it would if you cut that same arterie whilst you where alive, after the heart stops beating then blood circulation is automaticaly cut off

NO. The body stops bleeding as soon as the heart stops beating. Bleeding occurs because the heart is pumping blood through veins.

At a certain point in the death process blood thickens and ceases to circulate. The longer your dead the less chance you will bleed.
