It is most likely bacterial vaginosis, causing your odor. I get it too. If you drink a lot of water and possibly use monistat it should go away. Also, use rePHresh. If it doesn't go away go to a doctor they will probably give you antibiotics.

There's nothing wrong with you I highly doubt you have any infection - you probably just ate onions. Mine always smells like onions after I eat onions
Onion like vaginal smell does not show any infection because yeast infection is odorless, trichomonal infection has rotten egg smell and bacterial infection has fishy smell. You might be taking some medicines which are excreted through urine and you are feeling an onion smell from vagina.
