My Penis stings when I urinate, but not to the point that its really bad. Also it hurts when I ejaculate sometimes what could I have. I got checked at my doctors and he couldn't find any bacteria in my urine that would lead to a std or any infection. He is sending me to see a urologist now so I'm unsure what it could be. What could it be?

Pain and burning sensation in genitals after urination is usually associated with infection which can be STD or non STD. Most usual non STD causes are urinary tract infections other than STD pathogen, prostatitis (men), urinary retention, vaginitis due to non STD pathogen (woman), radiation cystitis, contact dermatitis and candida infections etc. You should visit a doctor for differential diagnosis and proper treatment.
