My wife had pulling sensation in her breasts and got blue prominent veins on both her breasts, she got her periods after two days and the veins disappeared, I asked the doc, she said it was pre menstural symptoms, another doc said it was an early miss carriage...

Visible veins in your breats can suggest that you are pregnant but it could also indicate your period is close.  Hang in there and in the meantime how about taking a home pregnancy test?  You may be worrying for nothing.  Did you have unprotected sex?
