Hello, I am an identical twin as well. My twin sister does not have children and is planning to get pregnant with her husband in August. I on the other hand have a son, 7 months old. I was just relieved that when I heard I was pregnant that the doctor did not see two heads in there, it was just one. So, I looked into this topic further and I do not know how accurate this information is, but I learned that if you are a fraternal twin, the likely hood of you having twins is greater. Fraternal twins is genetic because when you ovulate, you release two eggs instead of one every month. However, identical twins is a fluk of nature because one egg is fertalized and then it splits into two, which is not genetic, it randomly happens.
