The only way you'd get sick anyway is if you took it the other way around but in less than the time stated. Say you take one hydro and your not feeling too buzzed but all you can get is suboxone you think ahh it will make me higher since I'm only on one dro but that will actually make you get what's called participated withdrawal syndrome and youll get sick. But any way your asking the other way around will you get sick the if you eat a hydro after a sub answer is no (usually)I'm not a doctor and I don't know your body chemistry and make up)you just might not get the full effect because the sub will still be attached to your opiate receptors at the time blocking some of the hydros effects until all of the sub has left your body you wont get the full effect (which buprenorphene has a very long half-life)(ie the 36h the guy above me was talking about)But that is just the half life so half the of it is still in your system so even at 36 hours you won't get the full effect however you may get some sort of effect you may feel as though it was a waste at that time you either got to continue taking sub or w/d for about 3 days to a week to get it out of your system thats why suboxone is a good deterrent for peoples with opiate addiction
