You will put on a few lbs as this is an unfortunate side effect and you will experience withdrawal symptoms for around a week.
I smoked about 5 cigarettes a day but was active before, I did not do much activity while smoking for the past 4 months, now I am active again and quit smoking, should i expect to put on weight and have any withdrawal?
You will definitely have withdrawals but you can get through them. Don't make excuses for having a drag or just one more.
You probably have food instead of a tab but if you watch what you are doing you won't have to lose weight (which is very hard).
