There isn't really a fastest way to get meth (methamphetamine) out of your system other than to wait it out.  If you're needing to pass a drugs test, I've provided some information of how long you can expect to see methamphetamines in your system:

Methamphetamines will be present in urine for up to approximately four days after use.

  • Methamphetamines will be present in saliva for up to approximately four days after use.
  • Methamphetamines will be present in blood samples for up to approximately three days after use.
  • Methamphetamines will be present in hair samples for up to three months after use.

As you can see, there's not much you can do if you've got a drugs test within the period that methamphetamines remain in the system.  On a side note, I would recommend that you seek professional help if you have a drugs problem.  It's simply not worth it in my opinion.
