Here is a little reflexology answer for you. For Pituitary stimulation.. Take the eraser on a pencil and place it on the center of your thumbprint swirl, on your right hand. Then press & massage spot for about 20 seconds. You should feel a slight pinch, or sensitivity. Do this on both thumbs. When the sensitivity lessens...you should start feeling better.
For Thyroid stimulation, apply pressure around the base of your thumb & index finger. Massaging for approx. 20 seconds. Right hand 1st. Then left.
For Ovaries. Massage around the spot that sits towards the outer part of the back of your hand, near your pinky finger.
For Uterine stimulation. Rub all the way around your wrist area, for about the same amount of time. And on each one. 1st right. Then left..There are books on this subject, online..that'll show you diagrams if you can't understand my instructions. Hope this helps some.
