If you're suffering from bile and stomach ache, then this is an indication that something is definitely wrong - but there is nothing to suggest that you have a pregnancy on your hands.

Suffering from stomach ache and bile?

I'd recommend forgetting about the stomach pain for a minute (it is a very general symptom that could apply to almost anything without proper diagnosis), and instead focus on the bile.

The presence of bile suggests there is something causing the intestine to bring up bile, otherwise the bile would have gone downwards.

If you vomit up this bile, then here are the possible causes:

Blockage of the intestine (this would result in severe stomach pain usually)

  • Too much alcohol in your stomach
  • Food poisoning
  • Gastroenteritis
  • Allergies (possibly triggered by something you've eaten)

As for pregnancy, it doesn't necessarily fit into this symptom - not to see you can't get bile when pregnant.

But pregnancy is usually accompanied by a series of other more "trustworthy" indications, such as regular morning sickness, swollen and sore breasts, peeing more often/increased pressure on bladder.

I would recommend visiting a healthcare professional to get some further advice though - it is always better to be safe than sorry.
