Strictly speaking, nobody can know. Have you been eating anything else to replace the chocolate? If so, probably not. I will say that the worst way people over eat and gain weight is because they will confuse thirst for hunger. If you want to loose weight, try to drink the daily amount of water recommended for a human (8 8oz glasses) ive done this and i got my friends doing this too. If you drink two of the glasses before every major meal, and one at both snack times, trust me, you will not have much room left over for food. This does not mean starve yourself, eat if your hungry, but only after your water. You feel nice and not hungry all the time, eating half of what you used to.
