have daily calorie intake of around 1800cal , I m 17 , 5" 8 and 210lbs. 2 days or so a week , I end up eating a bit amount of fat and carbs but still maintain calorie intake. Will I lose weight?
As long as you are getting some cardio exercise in there as well, you should. Like walking 30-60 minutes a day.
