How can I lose 149.6 in a month?!?! okay so I weight 249.6lbs my height is 5'3 and I want to lose weight fast please help me

Love, don't rush things. Always do things patiently. I eat an all natural diet. I don't eat any type of junk. Your body is precious and beautiful, so try your best to take care of it. You are what you eat. So if you eat a lot of junk, then of course you are going to gain weight and of course you are going to be tired and sometimes unhappy. We are not meant to eat unnatural food. For me, I try to eat how we used to eat until artificial food came into existence. You will lose a lot of weight, just eat healthy food. Don't eat anything that is processed. Don't eat anything that is unnatural. You can relax sometimes by eating food that has good fat. Do not look at the calories. Look at the ingredients!!! It's so important to know what is inside the food. Always consume food that is 100% natural, with nothing added to it.

Also, exercise!!! It is so important to exercise. Jog outside in the fresh  air a few times a week. If it's cold outside, then run a treadmill. But it's not the same as jogging outside.

Mitsy, the extra weight that you are carrying didn't just magically appear overnight. It won't magically disappear just because you feel that at this moment you've decided that you need to lose the extra weight you are carrying.

Even if you were to lose a pound a day in a month, you need to be careful on how you took the weight off because it could come right back in the next month.

You'll do better to do a lifestyle change that will become part of your everyday routine. Starving yourself won't do it. Eating just grapefruit every day won't do it.

Our local grocery store - HyVee - has registered dieticians in their stores. You can make an appointment to talk to one for free. You might check this out in your town to see what help you can get.

You didn't gain that weight in a month and it is not going to come off in a month. I suggest you just take some steps  to eating healthier, and getting exercise, and getting plenty of rest. Start making healthy choices. You may not loose it all in a month but you will be on the road to getting there, and that is a big accomplishment.

It isn't a realistic goal. Weight loss should be gradual combined with exercise and toning. My sister lost all her baby weight within two months of giving birth, by drastically restricting food intake, as a result she was left with sagging skin. My cousin lost her weight gradually over a year, she stay toned. It is better to develop a healthy eating and exercise plan that your likely to stick to than crash dieting, it is no good for the body and will mess up your electrolytes and hormones. Have a chat with your doctor and see if he/she can point you in the right direction :)

Diet and Lifestyle: You need to follow a lifestyle as prescribed by the experts.

o  Avoid high carbohydrates like potato, polished, rice.

o  Increase intake of fruits and salads

o  Avoid oily and spicy foods drink of lukewarm water with lime
