Love, don't rush things. Always do things patiently. I eat an all natural diet. I don't eat any type of junk. Your body is precious and beautiful, so try your best to take care of it. You are what you eat. So if you eat a lot of junk, then of course you are going to gain weight and of course you are going to be tired and sometimes unhappy. We are not meant to eat unnatural food. For me, I try to eat how we used to eat until artificial food came into existence. You will lose a lot of weight, just eat healthy food. Don't eat anything that is processed. Don't eat anything that is unnatural. You can relax sometimes by eating food that has good fat. Do not look at the calories. Look at the ingredients!!! It's so important to know what is inside the food. Always consume food that is 100% natural, with nothing added to it.
Also, exercise!!! It is so important to exercise. Jog outside in the fresh air a few times a week. If it's cold outside, then run a treadmill. But it's not the same as jogging outside.
