Best diet ever?I've been dieting and doing so many things to maintain my weight, but still putting weight. Two years ago I had a transformation and lost 30kgs then gained 15kgs back. I'm 36 Y/O, 5'4 tall and 83kgs now. Give me some diet plans or tips please.

I too have often struggled with my weight. I had to make it a matter of prayer to gain perspective. My doctor years ago recommended that I try weight watchers because it teaches you to eat healthy and at the same time you are not starving yourself. I wasn't really committed to the plan. But today is a new day. I have rejoined and now am well on my way to healthy weight loss. Their are also article about health that you can look at. I chose the site: Www.jw.org. I hope this is helpful
