Best diet ever?
I've been dieting and doing so many things to maintain my weight, but still putting weight. Two years ago I had a transformation and lost 30kgs then gained 15kgs back. I'm 36 Y/O, 5'4 tall and 83kgs now. Give me some diet plans or tips please.

Exactly what I would say. Diets are usually short-lived ... lifestyle changes can last forever.

I too have often struggled with my weight. I had to make it a matter of prayer to gain perspective. My doctor years ago recommended that I try weight watchers because it teaches you to eat healthy and at the same time you are not starving yourself. I wasn't really committed to the plan.
