How do I lose weight? I really don't like exercising, so how can I lose weight?

To lose weight without exercising, you will need to pay special attention to your food intake.

Try to eat lots of fresh vegetables, like broccoli and cabbage, fish, chicken breast, egg whites, oatmeal, beans and lentils. Quinoa is also a low calorie high protein food you should eat to trim down quickly. 

If you can add just 20 minutes of exercise only 3 or 4 days a week, you will speed up your weight loss.

Losing weight without exercising is not considered the best way to lose weight.

Dropping the weight is actually down to a pretty simple equation:

Burn more calories than you take in and your body will burn fat to make up the extra energy required to keep up.

Without exercise, you'd simply be cutting down how much you eat so that it is below what your body needs. This can be harmful.

Instead, what I'd recommend is finding exercise that you can handle, and then maybe think about building up your fitness levels over time.

You can start with activities like walking, very light weight training, or going for bike rides.

All of these things will help you lose weight, but if they're not what you're into, then here are some additional ideas:

  1. Play Wii Fit
  2. Skipping
  3. Rowing
  4. Volleyball
  5. Swimming
  6. Yoga or pilates
  7. Spin class
  8. Basketball
  9. Doing sit-ups and pushups during the day and before bed

The thing with exercise is that almost no-one likes doing it at first. You've got to start light and easy, so that you'll realistically stick to it.

Once you give it a go, I'm pretty sure you'll be more likely to keep at it, because exercise releases endorphins into your body, which also make you feel better - a natural high!

For this you have to avoid animal fat and junk food. These produce fat cell quickly. Take enough vegetables and water. It will help you to burn your fat.  Walk much and take a little exercise regularly. Take care of ur daily diet. Cut off high caloric food. Add vegetables.

This is huge when it comes to weight loss-without energy, it’s hard to exercise. Without exercise, it’s near impossible to lose weight-at least in a healthy way. In addition to boosting energy, there is tentative evidence that it can help manage blood sugar, which also affects energy levels as well as appetite.

You will need…

-1 teaspoon of chopped American or Korean ginseng
-8 ounces of fresh water
-raw honey/lemon to taste (optional)

Directions

Roughly chop the root and measure out 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Bring water to a boil and then pour over the ginseng, allowing it to steep for 5-9 minutes. Strain, add honey or lemon if you like, and drink 1-2 times daily.
