It's not easy to get slim. But being slim with a healthy body is always good. Have green tea is your diet  - it's always good for health & it reduces the excess amount of fat. And more on the best way is..... CYCLING.  Cycling helped me to stay fit & slim.

I would recommend cutting down on all of what you eat and put your self on a walking program of  30 minutes each day..

Don't only focus getting slim..you should also aware of your health. To become slim don't fast. Fasting helps a little to lose your weight but it will make you weak and suppress your immune system.  Prolonged fasting may cause hypotension,dizzyness and so on. Avoid excess amout of meat, animal fat and junk food.this increases the fat cell in our body. Take enough vegetables and water. This will help to lose fat.

Everyone has a dream that one day she become slim. It will happen when you follow some basic eating rules. I can tell you one. It's still working for me. That is:  every morning you drink a glass of water mixed with little amount of lemon.

Yes, but I like dating bigger girls I find them so attractive. I really don't care for the slim girls, now medium weight is cool but I don't like real skinny girls.

Fasting helps a little to lose your weight and it will make you weak and imune supressed. Prolong fasting may cause hypotension. So don't chose fasting.
You have to avoid animal fat and junk food. This produces fat cell quickly. Take enough vegetable and water. It will help u to burn your fat, walk much and take a little exercise regularly. Take care of your daily diet, cut off high chaloric food,add vegitable.
There are some way to lose your weight quickly without produceing any effect on your physical and mental health.

I have always believed in portion control and exercises to maintain a healthy weight for your height.  Although sometimes genetics plays a role and metabolism.
