Question:- I do go for exercise but I am not able to resist food? People have started calling me fatty aunty. I have tried many supplements but somebody told me that only natural supplements are safe. Please suggest something?

You need to eat a balanced diet and exercise daily.  It helps to add variety to both your diet and exercise regimens.  Many times more smaller meals are considered better than fewer larger meals.

If you are having difficulty with diet, I would recommend talking to a dietitian.  They specialize in this and can help you come up with ideas of what to eat to help stay full.  They can also teach you how to count calories, ect... And how many you should be having per day.  Most hospitals have dietitians on staff for you to make an appointment with.
