How to stop having anxiety attacks over a scrapbook? I get to the point where feel like that if I start on it than I have to finish in a month or so.

Unless this is a paid project, meaning someone has paid for you to do this for them for x amount of money, then it's only you putting stress on yourself. Break the project up in chunks. Write down your milestones (what you hope to accomplish and by when). When you complete a task, cross it off the list! That makes it so much better. You can look at your list and think - only three more tasks to do and it will be all finished! Yay for me!
