No .. It has contraceptive properties. I would strongly suggest you talk to your doctor about the process of trying to get pregnant after having a miscarriage. There IS a waiting period between getting pregnant again after a miscarriage. Do not put your next pregnancy in a high risk catagory because your impatient. Please consider doing it properly.
