fruits, veggies, salad with homemade dressing, porridge, grain toast with peanut butter. These are what i eat with my meals daily.
Fruits carrots,🍓 and veggies.
I usually eat fruits for my breakfast, for instance, i'd eat a dish of apples,cucumbers, kiwis and lettuces, and other fruits randomly will be added.
My lunch and dinner also usually fills up with boiled chicken,potato, carrots, green beans and corn and vegetables such as broccoli randomly will come on and off!
Yogurt and fruit every morning for Breakfast.
Everything I eat falls into one of two categories: Healthy or poisonous.
Except for accidentally getting some questionable mushrooms many years ago, I can truthlyfully (if not totally honestly) attest that I only eat healthy foods every day.
