104kg 5'7 and 16 years old boy.Harmful? So , I m not unfit to begin with , i can do 25-30 pushups at a go , with ease , can do constant 40 jumping jacks , and i run fast. Is it completely necessary for me to lose weight?

Yeah, that's pretty overweight. How many pull-ups can you do? Can you run a 5k without stopping?

40 jumping jacks doesn't really take that much effort.

You should probably consider losing some weight, especially since you're only 16. If you really want to lose weight, you have to change your diet and make sure to exercise regularly. I'd recommend to cut back on some of the oily and rich foods and start eating lean protein, plenty of vegetables, fruits and healthy fats. Drinking 8 glasses of water is also essential to weight loss.

normally i consume 2 litres , and after the excercise , i.e. 25push ups , 30 jumping jacks and 100steps . I drink about a whole

Right now , I am doing 100 step up nd down on the stair , 20 pushups , and 30 jumping jacks . I do it more or less on a daily basis , might skip a day or 2 at most in a week. The time when i do it , is during the morning , after i wake up from sleep and go to sh!t.. ya sounded kinda bad xd..But that's how it is. and sometimes do pushups randomly..

So , is my excercise okay? Or shall i do some other things to reduce weight?

To be healthy you really should lose weight.  The thing is your body can put up with a lot when you're young but the longer you carry this much weight the more you are doing to your body.

Thanks for all the replies guys , so I have gotta lose weight..

Now my question is how. I dont eat a lot , but eat oily and rich foods like twice or sometimes thrice a week.
