Eating "healthy foods" doesn't really affect your weight. You could be fit and healthier than most obese people eating nothing but a certain amount of Twinkies.
I weigh 270 but i dont look like id be 270, i go the gym regularly and eat 80% healthy foods...i don't understand why i weigh so much but look smaller?
Your genetic make up. Plus muscle actually weighs more than fat.
It could that you have high percentage of muscle. When you work out regularly you prone to build muscle over time and muscle weighs more than fat. You say you workout regularly and eat healthy foods most of the time, so it seems like you're doing everything right to lose weight. If you're doing a lot of weight lifting during your workouts, that could definitely be the reason why you look smaller.
