Well, you can ask him if you are pregnant, since that and other systemic issues cause changes to the mouth that he can identify as indicative of certain underlying conditions.

But I assume you are male, so just ask whatever you want---it might be interesting.

(And your ophthalmologist can tell you what shape your blood vessels are in.)
