Lol, sleep. I rarely got any sleep from high school leading into college. With all that classwork then a weekday job and a weekend job, sleep was one of those mythical creatures we could only dream of seeing in reality.

I think even a teen or an adult, ensuring the sleeping lasting up to 8 or 9 hours is extremely good for our overall health. I am trying to get that even though my work is so busy! Health is always a top priority.
