I am a male, and I am 5'11" and weight 210 pounds and am not overweight by any means, but that is also because I have a really built upper chest, and really large legs, keep in mind muscle weights more than fat. Nothing wrong with weighing 300 pounds, if it is put on right, and you have the proper body for it. In the opposite direction, weighing much less than 90-100 can be trouble
