Can I eat sweets and oily foots as long as I am maintaining my Overall Calorie Intake , and exercising and walking regularly?? I am aiming for weight loss.. And doing some body building exercises as well

Depends on the types of sweets?  I don't think you should eat Oily Foods. 😄

The reality is not all calories act the same in your body  Say you ate a piece of pan seared (in beneficial oil) salmon and steamed broccoli  Let's say that adds up to 500 calories  Thrn at another time you eat a piece of chocolate cake in a size that is 500 calories  These two meals will act very differently in your body and you can guess which will be better for weight loss and overall health

In theory you could, in practise the sweet taste makes you hungry. Better avoid it.

I always think that if you are aiming to lose weight then don't class some foods off limits as you are going to want them more.  Treat yourself once in a while.
