Is eating up to 1,40 to 1,500 calories a day healthy.? I'm a 5 ft 4, 20 year old female who weights 166 pounds.

It obviously depends on how much activity you have, which I'm going to assume is minimal to none because we have technology now :) If you were older this would be totally fine but since you are only 20 this may or may not be less than you need since you are still technically growing and stuff.
