What Is A Proper Diet Plan For A 19year Old Girl Who Already Weighs 60kg,and Wants To Lose Weight At The Same Time Eat Healthy?
If you're 60kg (132 pounds), that would mean that your maintenance calories is:
bodyweight in lbs x 15 .... So : 132 x 15 = 1,980 calories/day.
That means if you want to lose weight (in a healthy way), you need to eat less than this amount each day to lose weight.
Start at 500 calories below this number, this will allow you to lose 1 pound/week...so start with 1,480/day.
Just don't go below 1,200 calories/day though....if you need to create a larger deficit, do cardio (burns on average 500 calories/hour).
As far as what to eat, stick to lots of veggies, as well as lean meats and some fruits/nuts.
Cut out processed foods and drink 8+ glasses of water/day.
That should be enough to get you off to a good start, if you need any more info, just look for a popular diet/exercise routine that a lot of people have implemented successfully and give that a go. This is one that has worked well for myself.
Zone diet is one of the most superior weight loss diets that have been around. What separates this diet from the other so-called effective diets is that Zone diet is a lifestyle. It is not simply a program. It tries to incorporate controlled changes in your daily living that will help you combat aging, lose weight and improve your physical performance every day.
