Drink a cold pepsi on ice
I usually don't unwind until closer to bed time. If I unwind too early, sometimes I have trouble winding back up for home chores or projects.
I'm retired now but when I worked, I'd come home, crack a beer and sit in front of the fireplace in the winter. In summer, I'd crack a beer and sit on the deck and watch nature.
Hit the gym . . .
drink a coca cola from the fridge.
netflix and chill
Drink something good, relax on the couch and go for a shower later
Hello Daniel! Unwinding after long hours of work is essential, and to help, I have my smartphone! Games are what I find more entertaining, and this platformer: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/electricity-game-dashes-high/id963759829?mt=8 has helped a lot these days! It was free when I found it and as far as I remember, it was not yet on play.google.com for Android users. I am also a huge fan of supercell.com titles! Clash of Clans, Clash Royale and Boom Beach are played every now and then. For more ideas to help you chill out after work, here is a useful list: http://www.boldsky.com/health/wellness/2013/twenty-ways-to-relax-after-stressful-day-034971.html.
