I m on a low carb diet. There's only 1 thing I don't know. Well so far, anyway. How low can I go? How many carbs is 2 many?

Put your age, weight, and height in there then follow the rest of the  guide. It will tell you. Generally in order for low-carb to work, your body has to be in ketosis. Which means eating no more than 25g of carbohydrates. Most people I know try to keep it under 15g, And with any diet, what really matters is how many calories you're eating so buy a food scale and weigh your food.
