I Am 4 Weeks Pregnant. I Started Passing Heavy Blood Clots And Went To The ER. My Blood Test Showed An HcG Level Of 56 And The Doppler And Vaginal Ultrasound Showed No Fetus. What Is Wrong?

When you are early in pregnancy and you pass large blood clots, the fetus has been expelled. I'm so sorry for your loss. I, too, have experienced miscarriage and it's heartbreaking. But, things will look up. At least you know you are fertile and you have a good chance of having a healthy baby in the future!

I'm sorry for your loss. I too have had a miscarriage and it is a very painful experience but as the above person said atleast you know you are fertile and you can keep trying. God works in mysterious ways so leave it in his hands to help you through this and help you in the future.

I'm 4 weeks pregnant start having a normal period today and today I'm 4 weeks and one day but the period is not spotting its normal not 2 heavy but not light either cramps like normal period cramps is this ok ?
