You Should Stay Between 50kg and 66kg (But It is different for Everyone depending on their body type and metabolism) That is great that you get out for exercise and care about keeping yourself heathy, But please don't get obsessive about loosing weight! 2 years ago I was admitted to a hospital for dieing of Anorexia and I am healthy now but I still obsess about food and exercise consistently.Now I'm using Weight Loss Calculator to calculate my ideal weight on daily basis.
