I think it is just a normal spot because I have the same problem next to my nipple and it is red and isn't too big but it hurts a bit and I can't squeeze it because it hurts so I need help to see what it is too can you people help me to?x

Thank you so much for posting this! I have had the same problem for over a year now. Exactly like you describe. The spot just doesn't want to heal! I have searched everywhere for more information. Once my health insurance kicks in I will go get it checked. Did you go see a doctor or did it ever heal?
