It is possible to increase in your strength in two weeks' time. It requires a lot of hard work in the gym. You must do a lot of exercises and running. Exercises will increase your strength and running and cycling will help increase the stamina and endurance required for the gym exercises. 2 weeks' time is quite less, so you have to train yourself everyday. Other exercises like boxing and martial arts will also help a great deal in that strength that you require. In order to achieve that strength in 2 weeks, you must stop smoking and drinking. Smoking and drinking will absorb all the energy in your body and make you lazy. Rock climbing is also an excellent way of increasing strength in your body.
