Logically, you can take 2 Alli instead of one Xenical because both contain same ingredient "Orlistat". Xenical is available in 120 mg and Alli in 60 mg. Xenical is prescription drug while Alli is OTC. But from safety point to view, you should not take because recommended dose of OTC Alli is 60 mg three times a day. It will be better to discuss with doctor who has prescribed Xenical to you.

Alli contains one-half the dosage of orlistat as prescription-strength Xenical.

Alli is in a class of drugs known as lipase inhibitors, which work by preventing the fat you eat from being absorbed by the body.

I think, it is better to explore this question in more detail before taking. Ere I can suggest visiting Canadian Parmacy site and read the descriptions of the mentioned medications, chek the doses and then decide whether to take Alli instead of Xenical.
