I took a 2mg xanax on a saturday and drank plenty of water and cranberry juice sunday. I got tested on monday and it wasnt detected....depending on how much you take, I would say 2-7 days with plenty off liquids.
I'm in a methadone clinic, And I get tested for Xanax every week. If you only take a two mg bar every few days. It takes two days, I PASS EVERYTIME.
"Cleansers" don't work. The products you see marketed are scams. There really isn't anything you can do other than to drink excess amounts of fluids over a period of time (that period of time depends on the specific type of compound ingested). Of course, on average, benzos stay in your system for 2 to 3 days, regardless of what you do. This time may be longer if you have been taking them for extended periods of time.
72 hours or lots of water.
You can't but staying active and well hydrated will help a little.
Xanax only takes like 4 days trust me I can't tell I took em unless I go bout a week without them then they work great some of these responses r full of crap when they say 12 to 14 days but yet I'm not on probation or anything
Can sweating help get xanax out of my system
There is nothing you can necessarily do to expedite your system's processing of Xanax. Depending on how long you've been using it, it will be gone in a couple of days, or a couple of weeks. It might help a tiny bit to speed up your metabolism, so jogging or doing strenuous exercise may help, but not very much.
5 day drug test
As far as I know and in taking xanax for years now...there is not a way to get it out of your system immediatly. It takes 12 to 14 days to acually get out of your blood stream. I was instructed to taper off of my xanax at one time and it was the hardest thing ever. The withdrawals are miserable. Doctors and patients say xanax is harder to get off of than heroin. I believe it as it was horrible. Consequently I was put back on it.
Honesly from my personal experience I'm withdraweling from 4-12 miligrams of xanax taken for three weeks straight and it ain't nothing(to me jack sh*t) compared to a week of opiate withdrawels from hell I had about a year ago when I was taking ics opans pecrs subs when I couldnt get nething else(I'm in sub treatment now) I'm withdraweling right now it actualy brought me back into a sense of reality its like being on stimulants just sit back listen to some good beatles tunes to calm you down and take some small amounts of benedryl. I'v been there both the only thing is you got to try and not get into the paranoid state of mind and beside that opiate withdrawel a weeks worth of no sleep no comfort xanax wd ain't sh*t compared to this yea it took a lil extra time to get to sleep but I did fall sleep 24 hours into wds had vivd dreams was actualy kinda cool felt like a video game no nightmeres or crap like that just don't let your self get into that mindframe and if you can make thru opiate wd you sure as hell can make thru xanny wd
You can't flush Xanax or any other drug out of the system. Every drug takes a certain amount of time to work its way through your body and fully leave the system. Staying active & well hydrated helps, but there is no quick way to get xanax out. It normally stays in the system 14 days.
Simply, you can't. Xanax stays in the system up to 14 days no matter what.
I agree with Dena_m.. I been on Blurtit for a long time telling everyone who asks that xanax stays in the system 14 days... And that's with 1 time or occasional use. It can take 4-6 weeks with prolonged use. There is no way to speed this process up.
