They start to smell, become greasy, and can lead to infections. Also they can produce fungus which can be contagious. Showering's not hard, everyone should do it if they can :D

I only shower once a week and I don't smell. I'm healthy and I don't have infections or anything. Only thing is my hair gets a bit dirty.

I shower like once a week and I'm fine, my hair gets a little greasy, but I like it like that, just make sure you don't tell anyone cause then they wont want to go near you.
