How long does Endocet stay in your system?
This depends entirely on the type of test that you may be taking, as the drug will be detectable for different periods of times in different body fluids etc.

  • Endocet can be detected within the urine of a patient for anything up to four days after it was taken.
  • The drug can be found in the bloodstream of a user for about twenty-four hours after it was consumed.
  • Endocet will still be present in the saliva of an individual for up to four days after it was taken.
  • Hair follicle testing is used to compile a long-term drug history of a patient. This form of testing can find Endocet in the hair follicles for up to three months after it was used - as is the case with most medications.
Endocet is a moderate pain relief drug that contains both oxycodone and acetaminophen. Oxycodone is an opioid pain reliever, whilst acetaminophen is a less potent chemical which accelerates and increases the effect of the oxycodone.

It can be 2-3 weeks for a urine test to detect it or as quickly as 72 hours. Depends on your metabolism and how it was ingested and how much of it you took. If given by IV, you can expect it to stay in the system longer (2-3 weeks) due to the amount and way it was taken.
