Some tips for keep body fit and storng:-

Drink enough water and eat a healthy, balanced diet.

Eat foods high in vitamins, minerals, and protein, and low in fat and sugar.

Do not skip meals, especially breakfast.

Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.

Balance and vary the type of exercise you perform.

Perform moderate and vigorous physical activities every week.

You can condition your muscles by exercising and eating a proper diet with an increase of Protein .

More dark green veggies, properly portioned Proteins and whole grains . . . Lose the sugary drinks and processed foods (or at least cut WAY back on them).

Here is a good "Rule of Thumb" for those times you have a sweet tooth . . . You can have cake or cookies or Pie . . . BUT . . Each time you want some sweets, make it Totally from scratch with fresh ingredients.  It will be fun to do, keep you moving, and give you a better appreciation for things you consume regarding your diet.
