I am sorry to tell you but 2 weeks just isn't enough time to make a meanful difference.  To work on toning up squats [deep knee bends] Forward thrusts [ lunging forward one leg than the other] Good places to start. Walk more, a lot more. Cycle & stair climb.  But remember looking to loose more than 2 pounds a week is looking to just gain it right back.  Work out & diet & time. That is what it takes.
