Definitely, there is no reason that a boy can't wear a maxi pad or panty liners in his panties if he wants to. I do, wearing a pad daily for 5 days monthly and panty liners at other times.

Sure..they just stick to your underwear...but why would you want to? They are bulky, uncomfortable and down right stinky when you sweat.
