Its Discharge, All girls get it its normal but if it has a Strong Fishy Odor, or it itches You may have an infection.... If this is true call your doctor or tell your mom about it. BUT if it doesnt this may mean you  might be starting your period within 12-16 months

I've got it to and I'm 13. What I've been searching is it's just part of your body and all women get it. Or if of smells really strong it could be an infection. So you!!!

It's  a normal protein-containing vaginal discharge which has been cooked into the cotton crotch panel by the hot water you've been using to do your laundry.  If using bleach or laundry blue doesn't remove it, just live with your presently-stained panties, but when you get new panties, wash them in cold water with laundry detergent and bleach.

Well maybe... I don't no because I'm 11 and havnt got my period yet but I think I'm almost there but I havnt stated armpit hair but I do have hair in the other area and I get yellowish stuff in my underwear srry I wasn't any help
