There's more than one way but if it's not done right, it could mold or loose potency. Hanging it upside down from a string or wire works well (the whole plant) or lay out on screens with a fan to circulate air. Always check to make sure it's not too crunchy, but dry all the way to the stem in the middle. You can then cut it from the stems and put in a paper bag to cure the rest of the way. Just don't try to "quick dry" or rush the process, it tastes and smokes better when its properly "cured" it can tak a couple of weeks sometimes. Good luck
