It is possible to make yourself faint on purpose. It is not something that is highly recommended and if you do not hurt yourself doing the act you can do when you fall. If you really must try this out, then you should do it with someone watching over you and in an environment where you are guaranteed an uninterrupted and soft landing. Forcing yourself to pass out or faint is not sensible.
Most people faint because of pressure on their pressure points, a lack of food or water, overheating or because of a lack of oxygen. Starving yourself of food or water is a very dangerous way to try and make yourself faint and should not be done. The same can be said for overheating, or any of the other methods. Fainting is your body’s way to reboot itself, get you out of danger and save the vital organs. It is an emergence response system that your body has and it should not be messed with.
Some say that if you know how to do it properly, pressure points are the ‘safest’ way to make yourself pass out. Others state that by putting your head between your knees, breathing really hard then standing up fast will also cause you to faint. There are no guarantees that either of these methods will work and they could just make you feel ill or do you damage.
If you do think you’re going to pass out then you will know it’s about to happen because your vision will narrow and you will feel dizzy. Try to sit down to avoid falling straight to the floor, lie down if you can. If you do black out and once you have regained consciousness you shouldn’t try to sit up straight away. If you can, elevate your legs so that the blood gets to your head as quickly as possible. Ask someone to get you a drink, preferably something that has both water and sugar, like juice.

Ok, I did this three times today in school alrite first off you need someone to be ready to keep hold of you because you don't whant to wake up with a broken nose... So what you whant to do is bend down and breath really hard for about 20 seconds and get up really fast and blow on youre thumb untill.. Get in a frog position, and put your hands under your butt. Take some deep breath's, then take 1 last breath and hold it for 10 sec. Then get back up don't LET your breath GO- and put your thumb in your mouth. If it works...youll pass out. Don't LET ANY AIR GO!
Sit near a wall, breathe in and out deeply and quickly for 40 breaths and stand up quickly. Done it 7 times myself to get out of gym class.
Well I tried it about ten minutes ago . What I did was get into a frog form and breathed deeply for about 28 - 40 times then I held my breath and stood up quickly it took like 4-5 tries before it actually worked. I did pass out for about 5 seconds but it was still pretty cool :D hope this helped
My friend said to bend over or crouch, breath really fast, then stand up and stick your thumb in your mouth and blow until you faint. (don't let any air out!) also you may not remember falling but you should know that you've fainted.
