If you don't want to damage your teeth you should go to get your braces remove at the dentist.
Well your better of letting the doctor do it but if you must ill tell you
to start don't use any paint killers. Although it will it quite a but you need to know if it starts to hurt super bad because you don't want to damage your teeth, if you see more than a little blood or it feels worse than a large needle at any time stop or risk pulling a tooth or chipping one and haveing surgery. You will need a pair of nail clippers(metal wire clippers would be better) a pair of neelde nose pliars anda mirror.first remove your rubber bands then take the wire clippers and clip the wire that runs through the brackets and pull it out of your mouth, then take the pliars and carefully crimp the bracket one by one. Now give it a slow twist and pull it off. Try to avoid jerking motions as this will damage teeth. Do the one by one. Now you will have a very sore mouth. Wait a day then see if anythings damaged if not(it should int be if you were carefull) take some painkillers now thats its safe and get some bakeing soda and some strong toothpaste. Mix 2 parts the soda and one part toothpaste with 1 part salt. Brush the cement residue hard9an electric toothbrush is best) then using something metal scrape at it till its all off. If possible go to the dentist and schedule a tooth cleaning
