The problem which you are mentioning can be depression and anxiety. This might be beginnings. The treatment of depression is not by the medicine alone. A good atmosphere at home and good company of friends might help you. I advise you to not to be alone. Keep yourself busy in doing something like studying, cooking and gardening etc. Go for outing with friends. Don't think about past.
