Well it is usual that when some one has a ruptured ovarian cyst the periods delay. No body except the doctor can tell you that they will delay how much, or when will you have the period, but it is for sure that it will be delayed. Do not worry its normal. It will take appox 3 months to come normal. In some cases patient have periods in every 2.5 weeks. Drugs are given by the doctor to regulate it back.
