I believe you are actually asking, "What happens if you consume to much nicotine?" In any form, whether smoked, chewed, snuffed etc. Tobacco releases nicotine into your system, causing immediate constriction (tightening/narrowing) of your arteries. I'm assuming the more you consume the more they become constricted, until your blood flow is so limited, that your heart and or brain starve for oxygen.
