I just found out that I have gallstones and a small stone on my left kidney. I am 40 years old and have one child, I would like to try to another baby. Will this condition affect me in trying to get pregnant?

Yes you can get pregnant even though you have gallstones. This is totally a totally different problem and it won't interfere with getting pregnant.
